Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the platform. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 30 days before the trip / activity date.
  • TRANSCEND ADVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED accepts any type of cancelation requests 30 days before the trip and after deducting the GST amount, balance will be refunded.
  • Any cancelations with in 15 days from the date of the trip / activity, 50% of the amount shall be refunded.
