Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 30 days before the trip / actvity date. 
2. TRANSCEND ADVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED accept any type of cancellation requests 30 days before the trip and after deducting the GST amount, balance will be refunded. 
3. Any cancelations with in 15 days from the date of the trip / activity,  50% of the amount shall be refunded. 
4. In case of any refunds approved by TRANSCEND ADVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 5 days for the refund to be credited to you.
