TARCRefund & Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 30 days before the trip / activity date.
- TRANSCEND ADVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED accepts any type of cancellation requests 30 days before the trip and, after deducting the GST amount, the balance will be refunded.
- Any cancellations within 15 days from the date of the trip / activity, 50% of the amount shall be refunded.
