Outdoor Leadership Camp
Manali / Rishikesh / Tirthan ValleyA seven-day Himalayan camp that starts with subtle activities and builds to hardcore outdoor engagements — trekking, camping, rock climbing and bushcraft — sending students home tougher, more resilient and full of life lessons.
This programme is tailor-made so students go back with plenty of learning, great experiences and outcomes. It draws them closer to nature and builds toughness and resilience — problem-solving, team spirit, leadership, confidence and observation skills — starting with subtle activities and progressing to more hardcore outdoor engagements, keeping the whole experience easy, comfortable and meaningful.
Our outdoor leaders receive the team at the Delhi airport or railway station and escort them to base camp and back, travelling in comfortable coaches with planned, clean stopovers. Base camps have separate accommodation, bathrooms and toilets for boys and girls — a set-up carried through even on the trekking camps.
